Area Gospel Meetings: (1) Winfield Church of Christ-Oct. 25-28th, with speaker Tim Forlines. School of Bible Emphasis: Next meeting is Thursday, Oct 22nd, 7:00 pm meeting in the Fellowship room. Dishes: Please check the fellowship room for dishes that may belong to you.
Trunk or Treat: Teenagers will be decorating for "Trunk or Treat" on Tuesday evening following PM Services of our Gospel Meeting. Our fall festival will take place Wednesday, following PM Services. Please decorate your trunk and be ready with goodies for our little "Trunk or Treaters".
5th Quarter: Oct. 30th. Please see sign-up menu on the youth board.
Fall Retreat: November 13th-15th. $40.00 each

Cleburn Mays-(Wendy's Dad-Home from hospital, undergoing test); Charlie Benton-(Kidney Cancer); Dorthy Perry-(mother of Davis Perry, diagnosed with terminal brain cancer). & Wendy Goodwin.

Golden Living Center, Winfield: Mattie Dobbins, Hazel Wright, Ora Colburn, Lurcey Wallace, Mary Hamilton, James Chandler, Norma Wilson, Arlene Tucker, Henry Gullotte is in Bay Minette VA Nursing Home under Hospice care. Serving in the Military: Josh Reese, John Sullivan, Jr., Brian Sullivan, Alana Hurst, Brandon Ellis, James Spann- (address: 41st ENCO FOB, Fenty APO AE 09310), Hunter Parrish (Iraq); James Brown (Afghanistan), Les Jackson-is now in Tikrit, Iraq for his active duty. Please remember to pray for the safety all our military personal. Sympathy: Our prayers go out to James, Marlo, Antonia, Garrett, & Logan Gory in the sudden loss of James' younger brother. He passed away October 20, 2009 in Pensacola, FL. No arrangements are available at this time.
